Also known as Milford Town Hall was constructed in 1869-70. The building is combination of Italianate and Second Empire style. Alterations have been limited and retains much of its orignal integrity. The Boston firm of Bryandt and Rogers were the primary architects on the building. The library was annexed to the building in 1892.

The Town Hall has a two stage clocktower. Hanging in the belfry is a Paul Revere bell give to the town for its meetinghouse by Perkins Nichols of Boston. It was cast in 1802, transported by ox team and hung in the Eagle Hall, the original town hall in 1808. It was moved to this location in 1871. The clock has always accomanied the bell. The orignial clock was replaced in 1887. One face was illuminated in 1897 followed by two more in 1923.
