FR Description architecturale
C'est une chapelle avec nef unique, chevet plat. Ell est éclairée par un oculus (façade) et deux fenêtres (mur nord et mur sud).
La façade occidentale est percée d'une porte encadrée de deux fenêtres cintrées en anse de panier (aujourd'hui murées). Son fronton cintré en arc surhaussé est supporté par deux piédroits à bossages et un linteau composé de claveaux à crossettes. Sur le fronton : représentation en demi-relief de deux pénitents en costume agenouillés de part et d'autre d'une niche dont le cul-de-four est sculpté d'une coquille. A l'aplomb de la façade ouest se dresse une clocheton à une baie. Enfin, à l'extérieur, deux contreforts placés de biais semblent appartenir à la construction primitive.

Fondation de la confrérie des Pénitents Blancs de Céreste en 1630 et construction de la chapelle.
1793 : chapelle vendue comme bien national
1826 : rachetée par une famille
1856 : réaffectée aux Pénitents Blancs
Actuellement : propriété d'un particulier

EN Architectural description
It is a chapel with single nave, flat chevet. It is lighted by an oculus (facade) and two windows (north wall and south wall).
The western facade is pierced by a door framed by two arched windows in basket handle (now walled). Its curved pediment in raised arch is supported by two pedestals with bosses and a lintel composed of crossed keyboards. On the pediment: half-relief depiction of two penitents in costume kneeling on each side of a niche whose cul-de-four is carved with a shell. Right beside the west facade stands a bell tower to a bay. Finally, on the outside, two buttresses placed at an angle seem to belong to the primitive construction.
