This bell is located inside the Nauticus Naval Museum in Norfolk, Virginia. The bell was on the USS Kearsarge:

"USS Kearsarge, Battleship No. 5, was the first of a two-ship class of 11,540-ton battleships built at Newport News and commissioned in 1900. Much of her first eight years were spent operating as a North Atlantic Squadron flagship. In December 1907, Kearsarge began a cruise around the world with most of the Navy's battleships: the magnificent "Great White Fleet."
