FR Une association a eu l'excellente idée de reconstituer divers fours, tels qu'ils étaient construits et de les décrire avec leur fonctionnement. L'espace a été inauguré le 26 septembre 2015.

Le four à pain.
Il existait des fours à pain dans certaines fermes, dans les hameaux et les villages. Leurs tailles étaient de moindre dimension que pour les fours des boulangers d'aujourd'hui.
EN One association had the excellent idea to reconstruct various furnaces, as they were constructed and to describe them with their operation. The space was inaugurated on September 26, 2015.

The bread oven.
There were bread ovens in certain farms, in hamlets and villages. Their sizes were smaller than for the bakers' ovens today.
