FR Une association a eu l'excellente idée de reconstituer divers fours, tels qu'ils étaient construits et de les décrire avec leur fonctionnement. L'espace a été inauguré le 26 septembre 2015.

Le Four à Chaux.
Ce four servait à fabriquer de la chaux.. La "pierre à chaux" est une pierre calcaire contenant du carbonate de calcium. La cuisson va durer plusieurs jours à 1000°C.

The lime kiln.
This kiln was used to make lime. The "limestone" is a calcareous stone containing calcium carbonate. The cooking will last several days at 1000 ° C.
