The eight-foot-tall bronze statue by sculptor Bruce Leslie Wolfe was unveiled in San Francisco on Aug. 19, 2016 in honor of Tony Bennett's 90th birthday. The statue was a birthday present to the singer from the City of San Francisco.
Tony Bennett was present at the unveiling of his statue at iconic Fairmont Hotel where he first sang 'I Left My Heart in San Francisco' in 1961.
