DE: Mit der Übernahme des Schlosses durch die Christlichen Schulbrüder 1931 veränderte sich das Erscheinungsbild der Venusterrasse. Da die mythologische Liebesgöttin mit den Grundsätzen des katholischen Jungeninternats nicht vereinbar war, wurde sie entfernt. Erst durch die Sanierung des Besitzers Paul Spinat in den 1970er Jahren erhielt der Brunnen eine neue Statue. Die Figur im langen Kleid mit kleinem Rosenstrauß stellt möglicherweise „Floral" dar, die römische Göttin der Blüte.
EN: With the takeover of the castle by the Christian school brothers in 1931, the appearance of the Venusterrasse changed. As the mythological love goddess was not compatible with the principles of Catholic boyhood, she was removed. It was not until the renovation of the owner Paul Spinat in the 1970s that the fountain was given a new statue. The figure in a long dress with a small bouquet of roses may represent "Floral", the Roman goddess of the flower.
