[EN] The coat of arms of the town of Mülheim-Kärlich can be seen on the wall of the Gemeindehalle Kärlich.

"Blasoning:" In Silver, two obliquely crossed black bishops, whose volutes end in an isosceles cross, is marked by a continuous red barred cross, in the crossbar center of which is an oval silver mill. "
Coat of arms: The Mülheim-Kärnten coat of arms was created in early 1970 from the combination of the coat of arms of both places. The crossed silver cross in silver is the cross of Kurtrier, to which both places belonged until the end of the old empire, and which both carried the same coat of arms in their former coat of arms. The Mühlenisen from the Mülheim coat of arms, there as a black mill iron in the right upper corner, points to the mills which once stood here. The oblique-crossed black bishop's rods from the Carinthian coat of arms, over the red cross-beam, refer to the fact that the Electors and Archbishops of Trier were temporarily resident in the later destroyed Carinthian Palace. "
