In September 2012 the Ithaca Public Art Commission sponsored the decoration of 21 utility boxes in downtown Ithaca. The utility box at the northeast corner of Martin Luther King Jr. and Aurora St. near the east entrance to Ithaca Commons was decorated by Phoebe Aceto in the fall of 2012.
