Just off the A442 and opened in 1830 this family run freehold pub was originally called The Deanery but later changed to The Danery after the area of Danesford where it is situated. Buildings to the rear formerly housed a butchers shop and a Brewhouse.
The pub interior has small cosy rooms with stained glass partitions and surround a bar area with a separate dining area, formerly called The Shooting Club room.
