EN This elegant little donkey bridge, built on the Jabron River, was built in 1787, as evidenced by a deliberation by the community of Trigance, although its inhabitants call it "the little Roman bridge." It then allowed to reach the valley by a diverticulum of the road which led from Rougon to Trigance via the place called Carajuan.

This construction may seem belated, but it must be remembered that this community already had charge of the bridge of Trigance on the road that led to the town, which was built in stone at an earlier period. His care was already heavy.

The bridge of Sautet, of less importance for the circulation of the inhabitants, was second. It was built in a narrow place, at the outlet of the gorges of Jabron. Its piles are supported on banks of the banks, which dispenses builders to implant them on piles, as is done elsewhere. No doubt he replaced a makeshift footbridge, or even a trunk of trees roughly squared as was previously established.
