"Life-size sculpture of fisherman leaning to one side pulling a net with both hands. Wearing waterproofs, boots and sou'wester. His head is bowed as if pulling a great weight against the wind.
The work was funded by Milford Haven Town Council, Welsh Development Agency, Howells & Young and the Milford Docks Company. Approximate cost was £15,000.
