The 2015 Google Earth image only shows part of the campground at this state park, and it doesn't show any hint of this trail; so the south loop of the campground (no hook ups) and the trail were added since then. The north part does have hook ups.
The trail simply goes around the edge of this small island, which is the biggest of two islands next to each other in Albert Lea Lake. The You Are Here is divided between: a red circle on the map, and the description that the red circle is You Are Here in the legend.
