EN: This cross is located on the Breitenbacherstrasse in the south of Brislach. It is dated 1941 and has the typical shape of the crosses of this area, but is made of concrete and not natural stone. Above the crossbar is a small metal plate with the letters INRI, underneath IHS is engraved. Some holes indicate that originally a Jesus figure had been attached.
DE: Dieses Kreuz steht an der Breitenbacherstrasse im Süden von Brislach. Es ist mit 1941 datiert und hat die typische Form der Wegkreuze dieser Gegend, ist aber aus Beton und nicht Naturstein. Über dem Querbalken ist ein kleines Metallschild mit den Buchstaben INRI, darunter ist IHS eingraviert. Einige Löcher deuten darauf hin, dass ursprünglich eine Jesus-Figur angebracht war.
