"The 770,000-sq.-ft. design-build campus is comprised of three 6-story connected buildings with two levels of podium parking and four levels of office space; a one-story stand-alone amenities building; and a 7-story free-standing parking structure with 1,307 parking stalls. The third floor of each of the three connected buildings will have exterior occupiable spaces at the perimeter of the building, as well as open-to-the-sky courtyards at the core of each sector.
