WWI memorial to Midland Railway Nottingham Goods Station Staff, located on the interior wall of the covered 'carriage entrance' to Nottingham Railway Station.

A nowy-headed tablet with a laurel wreath surrounding a cross, with dates 1914 and 1918 either side of the wreath, at the top of tablet above the dedication. Plain raised border to tablet.

Inscription -

AD/ 1914 - 1918/ TO THE UNDYING MEMORY/ OF THE MEN OF THIS STATION/ WHO FACING PERIL ENDURING/ HARDSHIP AND PRIVATION/ GAVE THEIR LIVES IN THE/ GREAT WAR/ (Names)/ ERECTED BY THEIR COLLEAGUES/ IN GRATEFUL REMEMBRANCE/
