Thomas Warren created this sculpture entitled Brothers in Arms to commemorates the American and South Vietnamese soldiers who fought side by side in the 1960's and 1970's.

The memorial consists of two bronze sculptures, back to back, standing against a common enemy. Each is dressed in full uniform and carrying a combat rifle. The figures are standing on a circular pedestal, which in turn is mounted on a larger circular platform. In front of the figures is a large metal, decorative urn. A temporary plaque on the pedestal reads "Country - Honor - Duty / Vietnam Memorial / 1955 - 1975". The formal dedication is today, the date of submittal, July 8, 2017.

Military Park is located at 24th and Classen. The memorial is at the south end of the park across from the very well-known Milk Bottle building. This memorial is being placed by the City of Oklahoma City, and the Vietnamese American Community of OKC and Greater Metropolitan Areas. It is aptly located within a predominantly Vietnamese community in the Classen area.
