This highly reflective map at the North Haven Ramp does not even show the "No Wash" zones with their decreased speed limits. But, shine your torch at it at night time, and you will clearly see the details of the river and area.
Being coated in an anti-graffiti layer does NOT help to make it easy to see the fine details of where submerged items are, or navigation beacons.
