The Miller Grange to adapt the building for its purposes removed all of the pews and pulpit, transforming the main floor into an auditorium and lodge room. Miller Grange celebrated its 100th anniversary at the Town Hall in 1974 and continues to meet today. In 1889 the Town of Temple purchased Union Hall as their Town Hall, allowing Miller Grange access to the building. The building remained the town hall until 1990 when a new facility was built. It is still used for a wide range of social functions.
