This pair of lions are presented in an oriental style, not surprising as the stand guard at the entrance to the Chinese Cultural center. Each wears an elaborate collar with an orb suspended from the chest. One front paw of each lion, the paw closest to the door, is resting on a block. The facial expression is one of ferocity. They are stone.
