Die Skulptur "Wasserkinetische Plastik" (im Volksmund: "Nagelbrunnen") wurde ursprünglich konzipiert als große, begehbare Brunnenanlage in Edelstahl auf dem Ebertplatz in Köln. Die Idee dazu kam Göddertz angeblich beim Spülen, als der Wasserstrahl einen Teelöffel traf. Das Pumpensytem der Brunnenanlage funktioniert inzwischen nicht mehr.

The sculpture "Wasserkinetic Plastik" (in traditional language: "fountain of pins") was originally designed as a large, walk-through well system in stainless steel at Ebertplatz in Cologne. The idea came to Göddertz supposedly when rinsing, when the water jet hit a teaspoon. The pump system of the well system is no longer working.
