Veterans Memorial Park is bounded by Route 1A (Walpole Street), Chapel Street, and Berwick Street. From there, walk toward the center of the park to a low rock outcrop and the disk.

The disk is a bronze circular landmark a little higher than the rock, and less than 2 inches in diameter. On the face is the following:

Note that the last digit appears to be double struck - there is a 7 as well. I believe that the eight was struck over the seven.
