In Alsdorf, sitauated in the ENERGETICON exposition, you find this old coal wagon, typical for mining business. The Anna Mine was one of the greatest coal mines in the Aachen Urban Region.
The wagon has a capacity of 20 tons and released the loading trough a bottom hatch. In this area was also a coke plant, so maybe this wagon is used for short transport of coal from the mining shaft to the coke plant.
