This piece has a major split where the column meets the tiered base. The relief art on the upper part of the column is really neat.

On the proper left side of the lower base is a Naval anchor with chain and rope...on the upper portions of the column is a shroud with tassels and lanyard, around in two places around the column are elaborate single row of acanthus leaves
