Located north of the downtown area, this is a two-story tan brick building constructed in the Mission/Spanish Colonial Revival style. It was built in 1928 at a cost of about $100,000 and remains a residence to this day.

The residence has a cross hipped roof, with a covered arcaded porch across the facade (west). This porch area has three sets of double arches, with single arches at each end. The porch roof is gabled with a large keystone at the center. Five steps lead to the porch area. The single entry door has sidelights. Above the porch are three arched windows with 7/6 panes. With only a couple exceptions, all windows are arched with stone surrounds.

On the north side of the residence is a carriage porch with three openings and ornate moldings. To the rear of this is a rectangular detached double garage with a gabled roof. The original red tiled roof has been replaced with composition shingles. There are wide overhanging eaves with exposed rafters.

The residence was placed on the National Register in 1984.
