This memorial stands on the southeast grounds of the Bryan County Courthouse.

This memorial is approximately seven feet high and constructed of pink granite. The front is engraved "In honor of all American men and women veterans of all wars." Engraved at the center is an eagle with the words "Where eagles fly".
On either side of these words are the seals of six branches of the military:
U.S. Army
U.S. Navy
U.S. Marine
U.S. Air Force
U.S. Coast Guard
U.S. Merchant Marine
On the back side of the monument are the sponsors names: Bryan County V.F.W. Durant, Oklahoma / V.F.W. and Ladies Auxiliary Post 3916.
