This memorial is in the form of a cross in the churchyard of St. Mary' Church in Tenbury Wells. The four sides of the level below the pillar bear the dates 1914, 1918, 1939 & 1945 and the plaque below that level commemorates both world wars.

To the glory of God and in loving and grateful memory of the men from this Parish who gave their lives for King and Country in the 1914-1918 and 1939-1945 wars.
This stone is erected by their relations and friends and their name liveth for evermore.
