This is a most unusual tree stump marker, which varies from the traditional style. At the base of the stump is a scroll with the surname DRIVER in raised lettering. The inscription is raised on a scroll which has the appearance of being held in place by a sculpted hatchet. Above this are two hands in a handshake, and above that is the seal.

The raised inscription reads:
