Mounted on the front wall of Tenbury Library in Teme Street.
The clock face is white with three concentric rings outlined in gold in a blue surround. On the top is appended a black metal sheet pierced with "A D 2000".

The outer two golden rings contain black minute markers and golden five minute markers. The inner tow rings contain black Roman numerals.
