Asenath J. Cashon's headstone is a slab of pink granite. The surname CASHON is engraved at the bottom, and the seal of the Woodmen Circle is engraved above her name. Along the left side and top is a band of engraved flowers.

The inscription reads:

E. Cashon
Dec. 19, 1882
Mar. 13, 1920

Her happy soul has winged its way
To one pure bright eternal day
