Near the entrance to historic Pecan Grove Cemetery is a frame chapel, known as Settler's Hall. It was built in 1870 and refurbished in 2009. It has been named after local resident Harry E. McKillop (1/2/1922 - 11/7/2014), a decorated World War II veteran and humanitarian.

The hall is available to rental for funerals, memorial services, meeting and weddings.
