Paint This Box! is a downtown project of the Northampton Council of the Arts. It continues the its program of transforming Northampton into a public art community. The utility boxes were painted on June 11, 2017 unveiled on June 12, 2017.

The utility box on Main and Pleasant Street was painted by Mo Williams and his wife Cher Williams. On the street side is a somewhat minimalist image of the face of a dog. On the sidewalk side is a a somewhat minimalist image of a bird. The sides are painted in solid shades of orange and red. The top is red.
