A new school was built here in 1925 to replace the original on Cemetery Rd, however in 1930 the school once again moved , this time to Wakeman St where it remains.
The site later became a garage and the local school bus depot,today it is the Narembeen Mens Shed and art gallery
The inscription on the plaque states :-
"Narembeen School
Opened 23-1-23 on Cemetery Road
New school built here
Opened 7-7-25
Moved to Wakeman St
Early 1930
Narembeen Historical Society 25-9-93"
