While keeping 'an eye out' for one of these I was surprised that it is so close to quite a few Waymarks, and this was not waymarked - but then realised this is 'a late entrant' to "The Grid", and the main waymarker of this region had subsequently pulled out.
I would think that would be about an acre in size, with several intersections, parking areas, seating for observing adults, and of course lots of signs for the children to have to interpret.
All was quite on the streets of this Traffic Park, as the children were playing on other equipment of the park. (Or in the pool)

[A Google Image search has an almost identical photo to mine, but, it does have ONE Adult, and ONE Child in the whole complex!] Not sure why it so under-utilised.
