Williams Cemetery, also known as Mount Olive Cemetery, is located on the south side of McKinney, West of Highway 75, off Eldorado Parkway, adjacent to a large housing addition. A marker at the entrance indicates that the land was originally given to the town by Grafton Williams in 1848, on the death of his wife. The cemetery was incorporated in 1965, and currently has 782 burials.
The cemetery land is flat, with a few trees. A single gravel drive runs east-west.
