Bell supported by a pair of side frames is on a brick wall next to a Texas Historical Marker. There is no plaque specifically for the bell.
It has C.S. Bell Co (32) Hillsboro O on the top which tells us it is a cast iron bell made by Charles Singleton Bell or the company which he began in Hillsboro, Ohio.
