Location of cemetery: M O-D, ½ mile N. of MO-47, Hawk Point
Number of graves: approx. 245

This arch is held aloft by two cast iron poles and the center arch is thin wire dual arches filled in the middle with stamped steel letters spelling "SAINT MARYS"
just below that is a straight line of the same sire and stamped letters spelling ou the word "CEMETERY"

I find no history of this cemetery. I find the Catholic Church (St. Marys) moved from the country into town around 1909, but where the previous cemetery was, and was it this one, I cannot be sure.
But I doubt it. These graves and stones are all newer, after the 1909 date. Somewhere there is a much older cemetery that once was this churches.
