The mural measuring 9 x 3.5m was painted by 40 local volunteers to a design by John Williamson to increase awareness of salinity on the farms in the area and how to overcome it.
The mural depicts a creek bed turned saline possibly because of the clearing of the land and ringbarking the trees, at the end of the creek a farmer and two children are planting a salt tolerant tree to overcome the salinity, while in the other corner is an old aborigine sitting musing over what a might have been in the past, behind him is a diplay of wildflowers for which the area is renown
