This memorial, located at the town's civic center and honors those who served in the Armed Forces for World Wars I and II as well as Korea, Vietnam, Reserves, and Operation Desert Storm.
The community is small and dwindling with the churches in the community closing in recent years. However, there is access to the river and bike trail nearby and a few other amenities in the town.
The memorial is of red brick and has a bronze plated statue that was recently updated
