This monument sits on the E side of Main St/Rue Dufferin between the Canada & US Ports of Entry & S of a small bridge over the Rivière Tomifobia/Tomifobia River.
The 3'x 3' base appears to have had repair work done around 2000 (2000 is inscribed on the W side of the base).
