HE LAID THE FOUNDATION OF THE NATIONAL PARK
SERVICE. DEFINING AND ESTABLISHING THE POLICIES
UNDER WHICH ITS AREAS SHALL BE DEVELOPED AND
CONSERVED UNIMPAIRED FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS.

HE HAS DONE."
