Found this when visiting with Boy Scouts on a high adventure. Only 5 markers, and two true grave stones. A Thomas Lehay and William H. Graves.

William H. Grave was a Seaman on the Coast Guard Construction Tender ANVIL who last his life while completing construction of this pier. His work was of the sea and he died on her beaches just before sunset.

Thomas Lehay was an ordinary seaman, in the US navy and was from Massachusetts, and was buried in 1898.
