The city hall is located on Main Street in Palouse. The building also houses the county library. The building is two stories with a brick facade covered by metal sheeting. The building was built in 1890 and is known as the Fussy building.

"Palouse is a city in Whitman County, Washington, United States. The population was 998 at the 2010 census. Palouse is named for the region of farmland in which it is situated, and was incorporated in 1888." (visit link)
