The "Loyal To Our Duty" firefighters flag has a lantern in the center of the flag. Crossing each other, behind the lantern, are a Pike, Pick, Ladder and Axe. Above the lantern is a helmet, while below is a Bugle or Speaking Trumpet and a scroll with "LOYAL TO OUR DUTY" is red letters. The emblem is yellow on a field of red.
The Dilworth Fire Department consists of a full time Fire Chief and twenty-nine volunteer firefighters.
