MONUMENT 553 (PG2202) - Derby Line, VT/Stanstead, QC - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

The monument is located along the sidewalk on the E side of Rue Church, and N of Caswell Ave. This benchmark is often photographed by tourists visiting this unique library and unusual boundary location.
