This cemetery has no sign, but it is identified in topographic maps and in FindAGrave (link below) as Shelton Cemetery. Unfortunately, FindAGrave only has records for about half of the graves here, numbering only 13 at the time of this waymark posting. (Though I have photos of several grave markers that are not listed, such as 3 Crain family members.) I would estimate about 40 graves here.
Again, since FindAGrave is missing so many records, we only know that the earliest recorded grave (so far) is from 1888. We found graves from 1965, 1969, and 1974, none of which are listed in FindAGrave (yet). (The newest recorded at this time was only from 1948!)
