This realistic sculpture of a flower is located near the northwest corner of the City Hall. The sculpture is approximately 5 feet tall. The sculpture consists of central metal stalk with two sets of serrated metal "leaves". The white flower has marble petals and the petals rest upon the base flower with green leaves.
