In Watertown, within Mt. Auburn Cemetery, is this coat of arms on the Jeffries family grave monument.

Mt. Auburn Cemetery is located at the Watertown-Cambridge line, and along Mt. Auburn Street, near the intersection with Belmont Street. Once you enter the cemetery, find the visitor center and get a map ($1).

The grave is off Arethusa Path, off Walnut Avenue, to the south of the path, and down a small slope.

The monument is a stone mass, thinner on one side versus another, and capped with a wider stone. On a wide side is the coat of arms in relief. The shield has three points at the top. On it is a lion on its hind legs and three features that look like ladders. Above the shield is a castle with two turrets and grass around it. Below is a banner, with the following text on it: "Fac Recte et nil time" (Do right, fear nothing).
