La Fontaine de la Sinne dite "Sinnbrunnen"
(The Fountain of Sinne known as "Sinnbrunnen")
The Fountain of Sinne known as "Sinnbrunnen" Located at the foot of the Dolder, this fountain was built in the middle of the 16th century in its present form. It was used especially for gauging and cleaning barrels, barrels, vats, hoods and other containers used by vine growers.
Its central column is surmounted by a sculptured heraldic lion bearing, on the right, the coat of arms of the lords of Horbourg (owners of the city until 1324) and, on the left, the coat of arms of Riquewihr The three stags, the emblem of the Wurtembergs, the new lords of the city).
