"A memorial comprised of a central heroic-sized bronze bust of Hamilton S. White, set atop a granite pedestal, flanked by two subsidiary bronze figure groups on a curved granite exedra with bench. The lower figure on the left is a fireman, dressed in uniform with coat and boots, and holding a hat on his lap. On the lower right are bronze figures of a mother holding a young boy in her lap. The boy holds a toy fire engine drawn by galloping horses."
